Dear COACH

We use the Proactive App to help us with compliance and digital reporting - it provides you with another way to communicate and upload key documentation in certain situations to us. Some of this is mandatory each week and some are just for certain situations to help cover yourself too.

Attached is a guide on getting set up on the app. We have also attached a screenshot to show you the areas of the App you might want to use. Below is a brief explanation of these areas.:

1. Accident. Hopefully you never have to use this but it is for participant or coach injury.

2. Vehicle Accident. Again, hopefully you never use but this is for a car accident

3. Pre Camp. Not mandatory but you might be asked to use this in certain situations, and it is good practice to do so.

4. Coach Feedback. This is mandatory for Directors to complete each week. New in 2026.

5. Re-sign.  This is mandatory for Directors to complete each week. New in 2026.Note that your Regional Staff may provide other means for you to get the re-sign too but cover yourself by using this each week too.

6. Vehicle Weekly Inspection. Mandatory every week for anyone in charge of a car

7. Welfare. This is a catch all option for any other issues you want to make us aware of.
